From 24 September, 2026, Goin’ Postal Cool Springs started offering TSA pre check/ TWIC/ HAZMAT/ FTSP enrollment services right here in Franklin. Whether you want to skip the long security lines with TSA PreCheck, need a TWIC card for port or maritime work, or need a fingerprint-based background check for your HAZMAT endorsement, or background check for your flight training security programe you can handle it at one convenient Cool Springs location, along with your shipping, notary and mailbox needs.
TSA PreCheck enrollment
TSA PreCheck lets approved travelers use a faster screening lane at participating U.S. airports. In most cases you can keep your shoes, belt and light jacket on, and leave your laptop and liquids in your bag. Enrollment starts with an online pre-application, followed by a short in-person appointment where your identity is verified and your fingerprints are taken.
At your appointment we will:
- Verify your identity and citizenship or immigration documents
- Collect your fingerprints
- Complete your enrollment so TSA can finish its review

TWIC enrollment and updates
A Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) is required for workers who need unescorted access to secure areas of ports, vessels and maritime facilities. We handle TWIC enrollment. https://tsaenrollmentbyidemia.tsa.dhs.gov/
HAZMAT endorsement (HME) background check
Commercial drivers who want or need to keep a HAZMAT endorsement on their commercial driver’s license must pass a TSA security threat assessment, which includes fingerprinting. FTSP (Flight Training Security Program)
The Flight Training Security Program (FTSP) is supported by TSA’s enrollment provider for fingerprint capture services as part of the application process. All FTSP candidates must begin their application at: www.fts.tsa.dhs.gov.
What to bring
- Proof of citizenship ( example- US Passport) or Lawful Permanent Resident document (example - Green Card/I-551)
- Note- TSA Precheck/TWIC/HAZMAT/FTSP are strictly for US and LPR citizens only. Non- Immigrant visa holders are not eligible.
- In case of no valid passport, a birth certificate along with your drivers license showing the first and last name matching the documents are acceptable.
- A valid credit card for payment matching the client who is actively seeking services.
- Your pre-enrollment confirmation number, if you started online
